Once you have completed your reservation the next step will be to get the full mortgage application submitted and your solicitor instructed. We will submit the mortgage application to the lender as well as providing them with all requested information.
Exchange of contracts on a new build takes place around 30 days after reservation. This is where all parties sign the agreement and you will be required to pay over a deposit, which is usually 10% of the purchase price. Once contracts have been formally exchanged you are legally bound to purchase the property.
This is the exciting part!! This is when get the keys to your new home!! The date will be agreed between you and the developer once the build of your new home is finished.
